suited to the collectors market because it provides a platform for
us all to sell our duplicate or unwanted items for a small set fee
without having to pay the 'Final Value Fees' charged by other online
auctions.

To meet the needs of its members, the Guinness
Collectors Club is publishing 'The Guide to Guinness Collectables',
with an expected release date sometime around the end of September 2008.
There will be many new items in the book that have yet to be added
to the GCC website.
Over 1800 Guinness collectables will be illustrated
in high quality colour photographs, ranging from the common to the
rare and unusual. We are confident that the many thousands of Guinness
brand lovers around the world will appreciate this book and hope in
later years to keep it updated, with new sections and of course updated
prices.
The research for this publication has been ongoing
for 5 years, but now at last its publication is within sight. Comprising
around 170 pages and and in a handy pocket-sized soft cover format,
it is expected to retail at £15.95. Postage within the UK will be
approximately £1.80 and worldwide, £3.50.
